Résidences du Parc

Nyon

A park in the centre of town

The Résidences du Parc consist of 4 adjacent buildings connected by 3 levels of underground parking and basement, with a total of 131 flats for sale. The complex is part of a vast redevelopment programme for the northern part of Nyon station, the heart of which is the future public park of La Morâche.

Building 1, the figurehead of the complex, is largely open to the station and the city. It consists of administrative areas on the upper floors, while its two-storey base is fitted out with commercial areas.

Buildings 2 and 3 are located along Rue de la Morâche, the main access road to the town of Nyon. The ground floor of these two buildings, open to both the road and the park, is used for commercial purposes, while the upper floors are devoted to housing.

The daytime areas of these flats benefit from a south-western opening onto the street, which has been resized and redesigned, while the night-time areas enjoy the tranquillity of the park. Building 4 runs along Rue du Ronzier, a new alley perpendicular to the main artery. It is composed of dwellings overlooking the park.
