The Rhône-Molard Complex is composed of 4 buildings built at different times and renovated over the years according to the requirements of the different owners and tenants.
These buildings - offering administrative, service and commercial surfaces - are located in the Rues-Basses district, a very attractive high-density area with several of the most renowned commercial brands. Part of the complex, on the Place du Molard, is a listed historical building. The Rhone-Molard complex is partially included in the plan to extend the protected area of the old town.
CCHE was commissioned by the owner as general planner to: have an overall view, propose solutions for the functional and aesthetic optimisation and upgrading of the buildings, manage the projects, sometimes designed by other architectural firms.
