The commune of Bussigny has been growing steadily for several years and various districts are being developed with the aim of offering quality living spaces in line with the needs of the population.
CCHE has taken part in these reflections with its interpretation of the development of two plots of land included in the PPA "Bussigny Ouest" and submitted to two architectural competitions organised by private project owners.
The " Alter Eco " and "TicTac" projects concern the development of residential areas with the common denominator of the desire to place the volumes in interaction and dialogue with their surrounding context in order to enhance the qualities of the site and preserve its permeability. These rich and varied places offer a use that can be appropriated by the inhabitants of the district and encourage living together.
