Sharing experiences between colleagues and inspiration are among the riches that an office with a production as complete and multidisciplinary as CCHE can offer. Usually offered in person, the guided site visits represent a moment of exchange and conviviality that is much appreciated by the 260 employees of the group.
A new event format for employees was launched at the beginning of 2021 to offer guided tours of current projects to be followed by live streaming. The My Visit CCHE meetings are developed along 3 main lines:
The innovations and technological means that are being implemented during this particular period allow us not only to keep the link with the CCHE projects and between the teams that have been working from home for several weeks, but also to anticipate the meetings of tomorrow, whose model will certainly be impacted in the long term by the use of digital tools.
