Plug-in 1 is located on the Place de l'Ancienne Papeterie, at the entrance to the ecological district, and constitutes a group of interconnected homes and shops open to urban vitality and boosting commercial attractiveness. The architecture of Plugin 1, run with a zero-carbon footprint, reveals the synergy between life, work and leisure, a strong and characteristic of the district. Both modern and in keeping with the existing buildings, Plug-in 1 is the new district’s reception centre.
The three residential buildings and the common commercial base, which form Plug-in 1, are made up of 68 flats and nearly 2600 m² of local commercial space.
