Discover Polyprime, a new development ideally located in Villars-Sainte-Croix. It will offer almost 12,000 m2 of commercial and industrial space from spring 2027.
The building comprises floor areas that can be converted, at the tenant's discretion, into modular spaces sold as condominiums. It is the first stage in a project which covers the entire plot and is being built in collaboration with Pizzera-Poletti and Fidi SA.
This dynamic, elegant, and sustainable building is designed to meet the needs of small, medium-sized, and large businesses. Set in green surroundings with tree plantations, its facades are punctuated by a grid of triangular slats, giving movement to the volumes while filtering the sunlight.
