Kessler commissioned CCHE to fit out its new offices at Avenue de la Gare 44 in Lausanne. This space, spread over three floors in a recently renovated building, was handed over by the owner in a semi-finished state.

The aim of the fitting-out project was to develop a functional and rational interior architecture concept that maximised the use of space. The ultimate aim was to create a modern working environment with attractive, user-friendly interior architecture for the company's employees. Visitors arrive on the 4th floor. On this level you find the reception desk, a multi-purpose room, the cafeteria, and a large meeting room. Ancillary spaces on this level include a computer room, an informal work area, a mailroom, and a toilet block.

Floors 3 and 5 are mainly used by staff. These levels contain several workstations, meeting rooms and a closed office. There is also a coffee corner on each floor and individual employee lockers. The Hot Desk concept, and the non-allocation of workstations, make these storage lockers essential for the smooth running of employees' lives.

In addition to the aforementioned characteristics, the interior architecture project proposes a specific colour for each floor, which can be seen in the functional 'boxes' or coffee corners, as well as in the furniture. The reference colour for the 3rd floor is terracotta, for the 4th floor blue, and for the 5th floor green. The use of these three colours, sometimes complemented by mustard-coloured furniture, creates a friendly and dynamic atmosphere in the different areas and makes it easy to identify the different zones.

Finally, particular attention has been paid to the workspaces. The introduction of a 'desk sharing' policy, as requested by Kessler, and the mix of workspaces (high tables, low tables, phone booths and multi-purpose spaces) have resulted in a workplace that is geared towards its users and their new needs.
