Just as the topping out ceremony has celebrated the completion of the roofing for this new prefabricated timber rental building, it's time to move on to the interior and exterior fittings and equipment.
This project, based on a sustainable development and energy efficiency approach, uses wood for the construction and façade cladding material.
Work on the exterior, which includes preserving as many of the plot’s trees as possible, will begin in the summer.
